Directions
Boil in salted water or broth for 3-4 minutes or add the raw noodles directly to the wok dish and let simmer for 3-4 minutes in the sauce.

Tips
BASIC RECIPE, SERVES 2-3
Ingredients:
125 g Wok Noodles
250ml warm water or stock
300 g meat
200 g vegetables, oil,
salt, pepper, spices.
Heat oil in a wok and fry meat until lightly browned. Remove meat from the wok and keep warm. Fry vegetables, season and finally add the water (or stock). Add Wok Noodles
without pre-cooking and, stirring continuously, allow them to simmer for 3–4 minutes until the noodles have absorbed the liquid. Return meat and mix thoroughly.
